Take a horizontal stand against succumbing to an ever-increasing pace of life. In this experiential-educational mini-siesta,  we will take a collective kip, while learning about the science behind the power nap, so you can integrate it safely and effectively into your day.

Attend and you will:

  • Experience a delicious, drug-free cure for the afternoon slump
  • Practice how to stop and be still during a typical day – you don’t have to be ‘on’ all the time. 
  • Help establish the mini-siesta as a socially acceptable and valued practice in our personal and working lives.
